We are looking for a driven and results-oriented New Business Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for our industrial furnace control systems, instrumentation, calibration services, and compliance solutions. We primarily serve aerospace, automotive, defense, metals, water treatment, and other precision-driven industries.
Primary job functions include outbound prospecting, pipeline management in HubSpot, developing client relationships, collaborating with engineering and service teams on solutions, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within thermal processing, industrial process controls, or compliance-driven environments, and is comfortable selling technical solutions.
New Business Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email, and multi-channel campaigns
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and marketing teams to develop accurate quotes and solutions
- Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
- Build long-term relationships through consultative selling
New Business Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technical sales preferred)
- Technical aptitude or engineering background preferred
- Proven success in prospecting and closing new business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM proficiency required (HubSpot preferred)
