We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Customer Service Representative to support scheduling, order processing, and day-to-day client communication. We primarily work with industrial furnace control systems, instrumentation, calibration services, and compliance solutions.
Primary job functions include coordinating service schedules, processing customer orders, assisting with purchasing, tracking client communication in HubSpot, and supporting internal sales and service teams to ensure on-time project completion.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily bookings and service activities
- Schedule on-site calibrations and service visits
- Enter and process orders in company systems
- Support purchasing and material coordination
- Track client communication in CRM (HubSpot)
- Prepare completed work orders for billing
- Assist with order confirmations and shipping follow-ups

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities quickly
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot training provided)
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
