Conrad Kacsik Establishes New Division to Assist Customers with Nadcap

Aug 24, 2017 2:18:43 PM / by Conrad Kacsik

Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the establishment of a Division dedicated specifically to assisting customers with their Nadcap and CQI–9 compliance processes.

Conrad Kacsik, an organization dedicated specifically to the heat treating industry, recently celebrated its 30th year in business. The company is constantly striving to innovate, and find new ways to better serve its customers. According to Christopher Miller, CEO of Conrad Kacsik, market research conducted among CK’s customer base indicated an unfilled need within the market.

According to Mr. Miller “the increasing sophistication of the heat treating industry (both captive and commercial), combined with the complexities of accreditation compliance has created a market niche that we believe we are uniquely qualified to serve. This unit, combined with our service, application engineering, and product divisions, further expands the breadth of services we can provide to the industry.” Company founder, Jake Kacsik, adds – “There are consulting firms that will assist with the procedural aspects of Nadcap audits, but when it comes to “hands on” support and technical assistance, no one can match our level of experience.”

Conrad Kacsik believes success is based on experience. Our Nadcap consulting division is driven by our Director of Technical Services Jason Schulze. Jason is a metallurgical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

Jason holds over 15 Honeywell source certifying agent (SCA) approvals (from heat treating and coatings to shot peen) and has been responsible for over 30 Nadcap audits in his career. Jason is also a Nadcap/e-qualified instructor teaching courses in pyrometry, audit preparation and root cause corrective analysis. This experience ensures the success of our clients.
